About voter registration?

I live in California, I've been a registered voter for awhile with no party affiliation. I typically just vote in state, local elections and on propositions.

How can I change my party affiliation to Democrat in order to vote in the primaries?About voter registration? To change your party affiliation, you would have to re-register to vote. The deadline in California is January 22nd (the real deadline is January 21st, but because it is a holiday, they are accepting them the next day). Make sure you get your form in on time. Go here to register online now: http://electionimpact3.votenet.com/decla !About voter registration?your local dmv or post office should have forms you can fill out and change that.

good luckAbout voter registration? You don't need to. The Democratic party allows unaffiliated voters to vote in the Democratic primary. (The Republican party, however, does not.)
